              Memorial Gardens

17.5 acres of formal gardens are arranged as a series of defined spaces surrounding the crypt of Baron Edmond de Rothschild and his wife, Baroness Adelheid’s final resting place. The appearance of the Gardens varies throughout the year depending on the season, with changing flower fragrances and different tree colours.

              The Nature Park

The Nature Park offers visitors many pleasurable pursuits. Circular hiking trails, suited to walkers of different capabilities, are studded with observation points. Along the way you can gaze on Mediterranean scenery and the remnants of ancient human settlement, discover a spring hidden in greenery, and look at the special acclimatization cage where birds of prey are prepared for their release back into nature –  part of Ramat Hanadiv's efforts to re-establish and preserve the fauna of the land of Israel.

Most of the findings originate from the days of Herod, while others may be linked with other eras, indicating the long-lasting prestige of the palace.

              The Birds of Ramat Hanadiv
